19-3 Sentence fragments

This words which are before, when, for, while, if, whether and so on is just exist in sentence. It will be fragments.

2 Where they hung out together, played night and day, and attracted many fans.  This word group is a subordinate clause. A good way to fix this fragment is to attach it to the preceding sentence with a comma
